- The type of concern being reported
- An explanation of the rights you believe are affected
- An explanation of whether you are the rights owner or authorised to act for the rights owner
- The action you are requesting
- Any public reference or supporting link that may help us review the request
Do not send passwords, payment details, Aadhaar, PAN, passport copies or other unnecessary sensitive information in your initial email.
If additional evidence is required, Flashyminds will explain what is needed and how it should be provided.
Good Faith Confirmation
By submitting a request, you confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are the rights owner or are authorised to act for the rights owner
- You are submitting the request in good faith
- The request is not intended to harass, mislead or interfere with lawful content
Knowingly submitting a false, misleading or unauthorised request may delay or prevent review.
How Flashyminds Handles Requests
After receiving a request, Flashyminds may:
- Review the identified page and material.
- Request clarification or supporting evidence.
- Contact the client, creator, supplier or other relevant party.
- Temporarily restrict material while a genuine concern is reviewed.
- Correct, replace, restrict or remove material where appropriate.
- Retain the material where Flashyminds has a valid legal, contractual or permission basis to use it.
- Preserve relevant records where necessary for a dispute or legal obligation.
Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic removal.
Flashyminds will consider the information supplied, available evidence, contractual permissions, ownership records, applicable law and the rights of other affected parties.
