Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Flashyminds, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to your business goals. To maintain operational efficiency and fairness, we have outlined the following strict cancellation and refund policy.

1. Service Cancellation

Before Project Kick-off: You may cancel a service within 24 hours of payment and before the project has officially started. In such cases, a full refund will be issued minus payment gateway fees.

After Project Has Commenced: Once a service has begun—whether it’s strategy development, design initiation, or backend setup—cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Monthly Retainer Services (e.g., SEO, PPC, SMM): You may cancel ongoing monthly services with a 7-day written notice before your next billing cycle. However, payments already made are non-refundable, regardless of service usage or completion status.

2. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy After Commencement:

We invest considerable time, resources, and expertise from day one of any project. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once work has started on any service or deliverable.

Non-Refundable Situations Include:

Client-side delays, unresponsiveness, or change in project scope.

Requests for partial refunds due to dissatisfaction after approval.

Cancellations after development, design, or marketing efforts have begun.

Exceptions (Only for Technical Errors):

In rare cases of duplicate payments or billing errors, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, after internal verification.

3. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation or refund-related requests must be sent in writing to enquiry@flashyminds.com, including:

Date of Purchase

Reason for Request

Our team will respond within 3 business days with a decision or clarification.
