At Flashyminds, we are a 100% digital agency offering services such as web development, digital marketing, branding, and mobile app solutions. As such, all our deliverables are provided electronically. This policy outlines how we manage the delivery of digital services and assets.


 

1. Digital Deliverables Only

  • Mode of Delivery:
    All deliverables—including websites, marketing reports, design assets, mobile apps, and software builds—are securely delivered via:

    • Email

    • Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

    • Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, ClickUp)

    • Flashyminds client portal (if applicable)

  • Delivery Timeline:
    Each project or service has a clearly defined delivery schedule shared during onboarding. Timelines depend on the scope of work, milestones, and client responsiveness.

  • Delayed Deliverables:
    Flashyminds is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Late content submissions

    • Delayed approvals or revisions from the client side

    • Scope changes or new feature requests mid-project


 

2. Service Acknowledgement & Handover

  • Once the final deliverables are complete, a formal handover will be initiated via email.

  • Clients will receive access to all relevant files, documentation, credentials (if included), and a summary of the work delivered.

  • For ongoing services (like SEO or ad campaigns), regular reports and updates will be shared based on the agreed reporting frequency.
